171 !

Booya! Succeeded in getting a lot up on my website today! I now have 171 of my products up for sale and ready to find homes.

It’s quittin’ time now so I will keep this one short and sweet :)

Time to play some Destiny2 or Aliens with my fiancé and eat some yummy pot pie leftovers. It was so good and easy to make! I’ll tell you fast. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Next, cut veggies up into small pieces and you can probably do any combo you want but I have made one with potatoes, carrots, and squash and the other I made with potatoes, carrots, and broccoli. I then sprinkled two packets of McCormick brown gravy mix on them and one cup of water and stirred it up and set aside. Then you just need to make a pie crust and for ease I chose a jiffy box pie mix for a two-crust pie. Once you make your pie crust put in your filling and top with second pie crust. Cut three slits in the top and place pads of about two to three tablespoons of butter of your choice. I use dairy free butter and I like the country crock brand a lot but there are so many yummy plant butters out there now that are healthier and you won’t even miss real butter!

Anyways then you want to take three pieces of foil around 6 inches long or so and use it to line the edges of the pie. Put it in the oven and make sure you cook it thoroughly! :D I cook it for 45 minutes and then take off the foil and cook it for another 15 minutes. If you make two pies at the same time or have other things in the oven, I did notice it took longer to cook.

Hopefully someone enjoys an easy pie and maybe I will remember to blog tomorrow too!
